Ladies and gents, say hello to the Blue subgen Diva Conscience!

I wanted to wait until I got the comic to finalize her design (since I don't know what the Gens wear anymore |D ) but I'm just too impatient. At any rate, this pic shows the things that I'm pretty sure will be permanent for her.

Diva lives in a funhouse/mystery house on the edge of a cliff. She has a bit of a reputation for being a fun-spoiler and a prude... not that she minds. ("All the fun that the law allows!") At her worst, a nagging, perfectionist, self-righteous Jiminy Cricket. At her best, the voice of morals and reason and a reminder of fairness.

Oh, and I used a tutorial by =ctJemm for the hair (my first time using that tutorial)... OH MY GOD I love the sloppy result.
